We make our pizzas with 100% soft wheat "00" flour, water, oil, salt and natural yeast.
As well as traditional dough, we also have dough made with 100% soft wheat high-fibre wholemeal flour, water, oil, salt and natural yeast. All our pizzas are baked in a traditional wood oven.
